Blood Orange – Organic Marmalade

Our blood orange is made from the finest organic blood oranges.  The juice is extracted and the peel is finely shredded by hand to achieve a balance between bitter and citrus. We use the minimum of organic cane sugar to achieve a balance between fruitiness and sweetness. Try it on toast or pancakes.  Yummy!
