
MANGO & PASSIONFRUIT JAM YOGHURT
This delicious, sweet tasting recipe using our mango and passionfruit jam is a real treat. It can be enjoyed as a breakfast or dessert and is quick and easy to make. You can also make this recipe vegan by using any dairy free yoghurt alternative.
METHOD
Step 1: Scoop 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt into a glass dish and add two tablespoons of the mango and passionfruit jam.
Step 2: You can leave to set in the fridge for an hour to get that perfect layered finish or repeat step one or you can just combine and enjoy straight away.
Step 3: Add some mixed nuts, goji berries, coconut shavings or toppings of your choice to finish off.
