FRUIT & NUT PORRIDGE WITH PLUM AND GINGER JAM

Start your day with this warm simple, but wholesome nutritious porridge filled with fresh fruit and nuts and flavoured up with our Organic Plum & Ginger Jam. It is seriously delicious and will keep you fuelled up until lunchtime.

METHOD

Step 1: Add the oats and milk to a pan. Add a pinch of cinnamon, stir and allow to simmer until thick and creamy.

Step 2: Whilst the oats are cooking fry the banana in a frying pan with the coconut oil over a medium heat. Drizzle some honey or maple syrup and cook until caramelised.

Step 3: Serve the porridge in a bowl with some mixed in honey or maple syrup. Top with the caramelised banana and sliced peaches. Add a tablespoon or two of our Plum and Ginger jam. Sprinkle on the coconut shavings and mixed nuts and enjoy!!
