
Roast Pork & Spice Apple Chutney
This is a delicious, moist spiced apple flavoured pork joint that everyone will love; it may become your favourite Sunday lunch! It’s amazing how flavoursome this joint is with just 8 simple ingredients. The secret is our ‘Spiced Apple Chutney’; we all know apple and pork is a match made in heaven!
METHOD
Step 1: Season pork with salt, pepper and Olive oil. Then Rub 1 tbsp Worcester sauce all over joint.
Step 2: Place sliced onion and garlic into a baking tray and place joint on top Bake (30mins per 450kg medium or 35mins per 450kg well done) at 4-5, 180 or 450 for 1 ½ hrs.
Step 3: Remove joint and let stand for 10mins. Spoon over 2tbsp ‘Nana Nairne Spice Apple Chutney’. Stand for a further 10mins. Serve with a mixed salad and slices of fresh apple and of course ‘MORE’ Spice Apple Chutney!
