Terms & Conditions

Orders

We accept orders on the understanding that our terms and conditions have been understood and accepted by you. When you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. We are unable to amend any orders once they have been placed so please check your address and order details are correct before you place your order.

Payments

Payments will only be accepted through the online payment system provided. Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order, but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel you need to contact us ASAP by emailing at admin@nananairne.com. You may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification before it has been processed for delivery. Nana Nairne Preserves reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty.

Delivery & Quality Concerns

At Nana Nairne Preserves we pride ourselves on ensuring that all our products are in prime condition. However, if you are not happy we will do our best to put it right. Please contact us ASAP and include a photograph to show the problem. If you’d like a replacement order, we can send that out for you or if you would rather just have your money back, we can do that too

If the box has been damaged during delivery, please email us admin@nananairne.com as soon as possible including photographs of the damaged item. A claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can only be accepted unless we’re informed straight away. We cannot accept any responsibility for quality deterioration due to the following delivery problems. Incorrect addressed, unopened parcels, delayed deliveries due to circumstances outside our control or deliveries to recipients who are unable to receive parcel.

Membership Termination

You may terminate your ‘Jam Membership’ at any time by notifying us at least 7 days before your next subscription is due. Once the processing period has started we reserve the right to expect payment. We also reserve the right to terminate memberships at any time without notice.

Changes to our Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our web site.
